HelpArc, a prominent Customer Support Agency and a valued client of Development Logics, required a comprehensive digital transformation. As the UI/UX Designer at Development Logics, I was tasked with creating a standout online presence for HelpArc. This project involved a complete overhaul of their branding and website design, ensuring that their new digital identity not only looked impressive but also effectively communicated the essence of their business.
Design Process and Challenges
Our journey began with the creation of a powerful brand identity for HelpArc. This wasn’t just about aesthetics—it was about capturing the essence of their customer support services. I designed a striking logo that became the cornerstone of their digital identity, extending the branding to include marketing materials like brochures, identity cards, and presentations.
The website design focused on a seamless User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). My goal was to create a user-centric website that was visually appealing and easy to navigate. Custom vector graphics were incorporated to enhance both the aesthetics and functionality, resulting in a harmonious online experience.
