Introduction
When I joined Development Logics Pvt. Ltd. as a UI/UX Designer, the company’s website showcased signs of aging, having been designed eight years ago. Despite being the pioneering Digital Marketing company in Dharamshala, the outdated design no longer reflected the company’s innovative spirit. Recognizing the need for a modern and impactful online presence, I proposed and initiated the redesign project.

Challenges
Being the sole designer in the company, the responsibility of revamping the entire website fell on me. Balancing the expectations of creating a visually stunning website while aligning with the brand identity was a unique challenge.
Design Process
The project began with a meticulous design process that spanned three weeks. Each stage focused on addressing specific aspects of the existing design, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing transition.
Key Improvements
1. Hero Banner
- Old Design Featured a cricket stadium illustration, aligning with Dharamshala’s fame.
- New Design Utilized a clean white background and typography for a modern and sophisticated look.
2. Button Design
- Old Design Lack of hover effects and inconsistent use of colors.
- New Design Introduced brand-colored buttons with hover effects for a cohesive and engaging user experience.
3. Home Page Sections
- Recent Jobs and Blogs Redesigned for improved aesthetics and legibility.
- Job Showcase Implemented an animated section with sliding thumbnails, enhancing user engagement.
4. Contact Page and Form
- Old Design Simple layout.
- New Design Incorporated a compelling heading and categorized form fields for better user understanding and admin management.
5. Services Page
- Illustrations Removed Illustrations as they are having differ colors than brand.
- Process Section Addressed negative space and restructured service presentation for clarity.
6. Philosophy Page
- Old Design Lacked visual elements.
- New Design Integrated a visually appealing GIF illustrating the company’s pillars and key points.
7. Portfolio Section
- Old Design Required users to click and view a PDF.
- New Design Provided an interactive portfolio within the website, eliminating the need for external files.
Results
The redesigned Development Logics website now embodies modernity and coherence. It not only aligns with the company’s brand identity but also provides a seamless user experience. The inclusion of visual elements, interactive sections, and refined aesthetics contributes to a website that stands out in the competitive digital landscape.
Conclusion
The successful completion of this redesign project underscores the company’s commitment to staying current and visually appealing. The website now serves as a powerful tool to communicate the company’s values, showcase its portfolio, and engage users effectively.
